404aaS is currently provided free of charge. We do not guarantee any level of uptime, performance, or support, and we may apply rate limits, modify features, or suspend or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice.

4. Generated Content

Content returned by the API is generated automatically and provided "as is" for informational and UX purposes. We do not guarantee it is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it in your own products or communications.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and trademarks on the site are the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or distribute content from this website without permission. You retain ownership of anything you build using content returned by the API.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or API keys at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or misused the service. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 404aaS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Because the service is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to $0.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold 404aaS harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
